Refunds & Cancellations
Alaska eco-tourism is very fast-paced and because of this, we have certain refund policies that we must abide by in order to run our business smoothly. All purchases for Hooked Adventures are considered final. A full refund will be granted in the event of a cancellation that occurs 30 days prior to your trip date. A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations that occur between 15 days to 24 hours before your trip date. No refund will be granted for any trip cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled trip date.
